Coaching is
a partnership that provides the support, structure and focus to assist
individuals in identifying, clarifying and achieving their personal or
business goals, aspirations and dreams. With the support of a Coach,
individuals, organizations, and teams can, and DO, come up with
solutions and new pathways to design the life or business they truly
desire.
I believe
that every person has the capacity to create exactly what they want in
life, to become all that you are capable of being, and sometimes all it
takes is someone to help you identify what's holding you back and to
work with you to develop a game plan and support you in accomplishing
your goals and dreams to Achieve Your Personal Best - at work, at home
and in life.

Based On Your Needs
”One shot
deal”
– Utilize my coaching just to solve a specific and more immediate
challenge. We can arrange 30-60 minutes of "one time"
coaching/guidance. Sometimes it’s just a “one time” thing that you would like
some confidential and quick guidance. Whether it is a challenge in your
personal life, dealing with an employee/coworker/boss, not sure how to
deal with a customer or get the sale, or overcoming a
road block to achieving a goal.
Structured Plan
– Usually for a period of a month, three months, six months or a year.
Typically structured to achieve a specific goal with scheduled weekly or
bi-weekly phone and/or email sessions and follow-up.
Bank Plan
– Utilize a bank of coaching time. The allocation of hours then remains
flexible, allowing you to decide how to "invest" your coaching hours.
One month we may work on a personal goal and the next maybe focusing on
managing employees or increasing your. Also allows for more “on call”
coaching as things come up. Bank Plan is great for organizations as
well who would like me to work with multiple leaders/employees at the
same time.

insure accountability to your goals, your plan and extreme self-care. The
purpose phase of the t.a.p process is to help get clear on why it is
important to you and learn how to fuel it. It is the mastering of all
phases of the t.a.p model that will turn your dreams into reality and
rewards.
